Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In-stock CDs are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Signed, handmade and personalized items (including Supporter Packs, Inner Circle, Custom Verse and Executive Producer) take 2–4 weeks. For personalized items we’ll email you first to get the details.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES & SPEEDS?
- United States: FREE via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days), or USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) for $15.
- Canada: $20, plus $5 for each extra CD.
- International: $27, plus $8 for each extra CD.
Supporter Packs ship like 3 CDs. The exact rate is shown at checkout.
Q: DO I PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order ships, your tracking number is emailed to you. Enter it on the carrier’s site (USPS) to follow your package.
Q: ARE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS INCLUDED?
Whenever you purchase physical merch that includes digital files, a download link is emailed to you as soon as checkout is complete.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
If your CD arrives damaged or defective, or your package is lost, contact us right away (with a photo if it’s damaged) and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Unopened CDs can be returned within 30 days. Personalized items are non-refundable once work begins.
