This policy explains what information fatrayworld.com collects and how it’s used. The site is operated by Lords Allowed LLC, doing business as Fat Ray / Fat Ray World (“we”, “us”), 24690 Thorndyke Street, Southfield, MI 48033, USA. Questions or requests: thefatray@fatrayworld.com.
1. Orders (WooCommerce)
When you buy something we collect your name, email, phone (if given), billing and shipping address, what you ordered, and any notes or personalization details you send. We use this to process, ship and support your order, to contact you about personalized items, and to keep records required for accounting and tax. If you create an account, your order history is saved to it. Our store runs on WooCommerce on our own WordPress site.
2. Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe (including Link, Apple Pay/Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Amazon Pay or bank options where offered). Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe or that provider; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe may use device and fraud-prevention data as described in Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
3. Shipping
To ship your order we share your name, address and, where needed, email or phone with our shipping tools and carriers, including Pirate Ship (which we use to buy postage) and USPS. Carriers use this to deliver your package and send tracking updates.
4. Contact and booking form
When you use the contact or booking form, the details you enter (name, email, inquiry type, event details and message) are sent to us by email so we can reply. We don’t add you to any mailing list from this form. To prevent spam we briefly keep an anonymized (hashed) version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
5. Supporters Wall
Collector Pack and higher buyers can choose to give a name for the public Supporters Wall at checkout. It’s optional; leave it blank to stay anonymous. Names only appear after we approve them, and we can remove yours at any time. Just email us.
6. Mailing list
We plan to run a mailing list through MailerLite. If you sign up, your email (and anything else you choose to give) will be stored by MailerLite to send you news about music, shows and merch. Every email will include an unsubscribe link. We’ll only add you if you sign up yourself.
7. Cookies, embeds and analytics
- Store cookies: WooCommerce uses cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, and WordPress uses cookies if you log in.
- YouTube: videos on the site are embedded from YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect usage data under Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: Stripe’s scripts on checkout and product pages may set cookies for fraud prevention.
- Yoast SEO: we use Yoast to add search and social-sharing information to our pages. It doesn’t track visitors.
- Links to other sites (Instagram, Spotify, Bandcamp, etc.) are covered by those sites’ own policies.
8. How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons. Contact-form emails are kept only as long as useful for the conversation. You can ask us to delete information we don’t need to keep.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove your Supporters Wall name, by emailing thefatray@fatrayworld.com. We don’t sell your personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
