These terms cover purchases from the Fat Ray World store at fatrayworld.com. The seller is Lords Allowed LLC, doing business as Fat Ray / Fat Ray World (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Questions? Email thefatray@fatrayworld.com.
1. Orders and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Card charges may appear as “FAT RAY MUSIC”.
- Limited items (numbered or capped quantities) are first come, first served. If something sells out after you pay, we’ll refund you in full.
2. Pay what you want
Some CDs let you pay more than the minimum price. Any amount above the minimum is voluntary support for the artist. If an item is returned or refunded, we refund the item at its minimum price; the extra support amount is non-refundable.
3. Shipping
- United States: free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (typically 2–5 business days after dispatch), or USPS Priority Mail (typically 1–3 business days) for $15.
- Canada and the rest of the world: shipped via USPS First-Class International at the rate shown at checkout. Supporter Packs carry a small extra charge because they contain multiple CDs.
- Customs and duties: international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or import taxes charged by their country.
- Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
4. Signed, limited and personalized items
- Signed CDs, Supporter Packs and other handmade or personalized items (including Inner Circle, Custom Verse and Executive Producer) are made by hand. Please allow 2–4 weeks before they ship or are delivered.
- For personalized items we’ll contact you by email for details (names, track choice, shout-outs). Please reply so we can get started.
- Personalized items (handwritten lyrics, video messages, custom verses, credits) are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before we start, we’ll refund you.
- Executive Producer and liner-notes credits are a name credit only. They don’t give any ownership, royalty, publishing, master or other rights in any music.
- Custom verses are for personal use unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Returns, refunds and problems
- Unopened CDs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first and we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is the buyer’s cost unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
- Opened CDs, signed items and personalized items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Damaged, wrong or lost packages: email us with your order number (and a photo if damaged), and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
6. Supporters Wall
Collector Pack and higher buyers can choose a name for the Supporters Wall at checkout, or leave it blank to stay anonymous. We review names before they appear and may decline anything offensive or impersonating someone else.
7. Privacy
We use your name, address and email only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. We don’t sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
